Ichy is a symbol of loyalty

The story of Ichy’s loyalty has touched the hearts of millions. For two years in a row, this little dog keeps coming to our gas station in the village of Ladyzhynka every day to wait for his owner. He walks a long way despite snow, rain, cold or heat with the hope that he will meet his best friend – Oleksiy Savranskiy.

Oleksiy is our employee who, without hesitation, stood up for the defense of Ukraine at the beginning of a full-scale invasion. His life was cut off on April 18, 2023, while performing a combat mission in the Donetsk region. He was a son, brother, friend, colleague and a true hero. His smile and warmth left a deep mark in the hearts of everyone who was honored to know him.

Ukrainians called Ichy a symbol of loyalty. Boundless love and memory live in his eyes. We know that a lot of you were worried about the fate of the little buddy, but we assure you that Ichy has a home and a loving family. He is being cared for by Anastasia, the deceased Hero’s mother. He also has us.

The dog has become our true friend, we love and appreciate him very much. All this time, our team feeds him, plays with him and takes care of our four-legged friend. We also arranged a little own house for Ichy to make his stay at the gas station comfortable and safe. We realize that we will never get Oleksiy back, but we do believe that we can give Ichy at least a little bit of the warmth he needs so much.

We sincerely thank Oleksiy and every Hero who gave their lives for our future.

And we thank Ichy for reminding us every day how important it is to remember, love and be loyal.
