The Mission Is to Help: FRIDA Medical Staff Travelled Over 22,000 km on the Fuel from UPG to Help Ukrainian Civilians

Residents of frontline and border areas received another 6,000 quality medical services. July proved to be fruitful for the national UPG gas station chain and FRIDA Ukraine. By joining efforts, we managed to carry out 8 medical visits to five regions of Ukraine. Within a month, mobile brigades visited the Donetsk, Chernihiv, Sumy and Kherson regions, consulted and examined internally displaced persons in the Kyiv region.

To enable the arrival of medical staff at places where they had been expected, UPG fully provided FRIDA fleet with fuel. This gave them the opportunity to cover more than 22,000 km, rushing to help people.

Among the thousands of services provided were ultrasonic examinations, minimally invasive surgeries, numerous consultations, echocardiography, intraocular pressure measurement, etc., in other words – everything the residents of these communities needed so much.

Looking back on the path we have traveled, we realize that doing good is easy when you have those who charge you with their energy, with whom you are “on the same wavelength”.
