Winter Offers in the Vivo café Menu – the Taste of Holidays!

Every season, the menu of our gas station restaurants is supplemented with interesting and satisfying novelties that taste best at this time of the year. Traditionally, on Christmas holidays eve, we have prepared something special for you – dishes with taste familiar to everyone, because from one year to another they remain an integral part of the festive table, such as chicken jelly with horseradish sauce, strong as the Cossack’s temper.

Although they may seem simple, nevertheless delicious bestsellers, iconic “Dressed Herring” and “Olivier” salads.

Our chefs have upgraded the recipes of these classic dishes with new ingredients. At VIVO café, we serve your favorite “Olivier” Salad with ham and mayonnaise-and-mustard sauce, whereas the tender and juicy “Shuba” is supplemented with processed cheese.

Forshmak with croutons is another bright offer in the seasonal menu, which, we are sure, will allow no one to stay indifferent. We prepare this dish of chopped herring, chicken eggs, juicy apples, processed cheese, and add sweet Crimean onions. It is served with crispy croutons of rye bread.
